Founded in 1974, Galt Adventist School was established to provide excellent educational experience for students within a distinctively Christian environment. The four-classroom complex, completed in 1981, provides spacious, well-equipped classrooms for educational instruction covering kindergarten through grade eight, as well as a library/chapel room.
The K-3rd grade classroom provides excellent space for student desks, a reading corner, and learning station.
The 4th-6th grade classroom has sufficient space for student desks and a Reading Garden.
The upper graders large classroom allows ample space for desks and a small library.
Our new library/chapel room was completed in May 2023. All the shelves, books, and furniture were moved into this room to expand our school and utilize three teaching classrooms.
The enclosed play area includes a playground with swings, slides, and monkey bars; a large grass field great for playing baseball, kickball, tetherball and soccer; and a concrete pad for basketball and foursquare. A picnic area adds an outdoor lunch environment on pleasant days.
Access to the church kitchen facility makes possible hot lunches, Home Economics instruction, and food preparation for school parties and programs. The kitchen is attached to the gym, which makes it convenient for school functions and gatherings.
The gymnasium gives a safe environment for play during inclement weather and is where after school functions take place.
